This historic photo features the view from Black Mountain in 1904. According to the Old Kelowna Facebook page, where the photo was posted, Dr. Knox is pictured with horse and carriage on his rounds. The Facebook page states Dr. Knox arrived in Kelowna in 1902 as a new medical graduate and practiced medicine in the city for 60 years, becoming a well-respected member of the community. Dr. Knox retired in 1963 and died in 1967.
