The Downtown Vernon Association (DVA) is mourning the loss of one of its dedicated members, a man devoted to making the city as beautiful as it can be.
Brian Walsh removed more than 2,500 pounds of garbage in two years during his time working for the DVA, and after his recent and unexpected passing, the DVA is hoping people will remember his resolve to beautify the downtown, and support an effort to cover end-of-life expenses for his family.
