PHOTOS: Chinese New Year celebrated at Kelowna library

Chinese New Year is on Wednesday, Jan. 29

With Chinese New Year around the corner, the Downtown Kelowna library gave people a chance to celebrate early and learn about the celebration on Saturday. 

From 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the free event took place on the library's second level with Chinese games, Mandarin poetry, a station dedicated to learn about tea, chinese food, and much more.
