Spring-like conditions have forced a venue change for one of Vernon Winter Carnival91裸聊视频檚 most popular events.
The annual Balloon Glow is one of the kick-off events of the 64th Carnival this Friday, Feb. 2, and was slated to be held at Polson Park.
But Polson is too wet, and the Balloon Glow will now be hosted at Kal Tire Place and Kin Race Track.
The time remains the same, 4-6:30 p.m.

There is free transit on Routes 1-9 Friday, and transfers will not be provided.
