For those who couldn91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™t make it to the Stampede, the cowboys are coming to you.
The Professional Bull Riders of Canada will be competing in Kelowna91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Prospera Place on July 20.
Bringing its elite cup series to Prospera Place, Professional Bull Riders will have participants vying for points for a push to be named the PBR Canada champ.
The cowboys will be riding pre-selected 2,000 pound bulls.
PBR says that they work diligently to ensure all animals are well taken care of, healthy and happy.
91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵœThe bulls are treated with as much respect as, if not more than, the human athletes who ride them.91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ
There is no negative stimulation or pain used in PBR events that induces a bull to buck.
The series appeared in Kelowna last year where Brock Radford took the top spot. He returns this year to once again face the 2022 PBR Canada Champion, Nick Tetz.
The final ride takes place in November with the national winner taking home $50,000.
