The Tragically Hip91裸聊视频檚 songbook is getting the jukebox musical treatment under the guidance of 91裸聊视频淐ome From Away91裸聊视频� producer Michael Rubinoff.

Named after a Hip song, the show dubbed 91裸聊视频淚t91裸聊视频檚 a Good Life If You Don91裸聊视频檛 Weaken91裸聊视频� promises to draw on the band91裸聊视频檚 deep catalogue of Canadian classics, including lyrics by late frontman Gord Downie.

Rubinoff will be assisted by fellow producers David and Hannah Mirvish.

The book is written by Brian Hill, who worked on the Broadway musical 91裸聊视频淭he Story of My Life,91裸聊视频� and Ahmed Moneka, a nominee at this year91裸聊视频檚 Juno Awards for global music album.

Producers say the musical will premiere at Hamilton91裸聊视频檚 Theatre Aquarius next year with plans to further develop the project at Toronto Metropolitan University91裸聊视频檚 theatre school.

An open casting call is set for March 9 at the Creative School Chrysalis at Toronto Metropolitan University.
