Heavy snowfall warning issued for Paulson Summit, Kootenay Pass

Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for the Paulson Summit and Kootenay Pass along Highway 3.

Heavy snowfall of 30-50 centimetres and slippery driving conditions are expected starting Wednesday morning and lasting through Thursday evening. 

The warning also says visibility may be reduced and that drivers should slow down, watch for tail lights and be prepared to stop.
