A small brush fire sparked on Old Kamloops Road in Vernon at approximately 4 p.m. on Friday November 29.
Fire crews are on-scene and are working to extinguish the blaze, which is located on 6700 Block of Old Kamloops Road.
A single lane of traffic is blocked by emergency vehicles.
No structures are threatened at this time and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
