Budget open house for Peachland residents

Peachland residents can have a say on the district91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s 2025 provisional budget during an upcoming open house. 

Council approved the provisional budget at its Dec. 3 meeting. It includes a 6.65 per cent property tax hike which means homeowners will see an increase of about $111 on the municipal portion of their property taxes for 2025. The figures are based on an estimated average home value of $882,000, using the BC Assessment Roll from Nov. 1, 2024.

The open house is on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Peachland Community Centre.
