Traffic is backed along KLO and Richter Street following at two-vehicle collision at about 11:45 a.m. Tuesday.
A white car and truck collided in the intersection.
The impact of the crash sent the car up onto a sidewalk, that is currently closed due to construction.
According to witnesses, no one appeared to be seriously injured in the incident.
However, the collision is causing significant traffic delays both along Richter and KLO.
