Emergency crews are on scene at Bernard Avenue for a possible structure fire, on Friday afternoon.
Bernard is blocked from Richter to Ethel Street due to the incident.
The fire was reported at about 5:15 p.m. for smoke coming from an apartment building on Bernard. The building was evacuated.
According to witnesses, one person was seen being placed on a stretcher and placed in the care of BC Ambulance. It91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s unclear the extent of the injuries.
There are multiple emergency crews on scene, public is advised to stay away from the area.
