Fire destroys travel trailer in Kelowna

The fire happened in an alley between Francis Avenue and Morrison Avenue

A fire destroyed a travel trailer in Kelowna on Saturday, Nov. 29.

A travel trailer was destroyed by flames Saturday evening (Nov.30).

The fire started at approximately 5:15 p.m. in an alley between Francis and Morrison Avenue, west of Pandosy Street.

Fire crews attended the scene and quickly extinguished the blaze but a nearby shed also suffered minor damage.

According to fire crews a resident was home at the time of the blaze. No one was injured in the incident. Emergency services and FortisBC also attended. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Two ladder trucks attend the scene.
