More than 3,000 FortisBC customers are in the dark Tuesday afternoon.
The outage occurred at about 3:20 p.m. and the cause is unknown.
Those living in the Glenmore - Clifton - Dilworth area are affected.
FortisBC crews are on scene and the estimated time of the power being restored is 5:30 p.m.
