Kelowna council will consider a development permit for a mixed-use building on Pandosy Street at its regular meeting on Feb. 24.

The proposed 11-storey project, located between Osprey and Wardlaw avenues, includes 85 residential units ranging from micro suites to three-bedroom units. The ground floor will feature five commercial retail spaces.

To accommodate residents and visitors, the building will include 105 parking stalls and 74 long-term bicycle stalls. A rooftop common amenity space will offer outdoor seating, a kitchen, BBQ area, fireplace, games area, and a yoga space, providing a community-oriented living experience.

Staff support the development, stating it will add to the ongoing revitalization of the Pandosy Village area.
