The Glenmore Lodge in Kelowna has an outbreak of a respiratory infection.

Interior Health added the long-term care home to the outbreak list on Jan. 14. The outbreak is contained to the Grey Jay unit.

An outbreak was previously declared at Brandt's Creek Mews on Jan. 6. The outbreak is in the Pear and Apple units.

Interior Health is reminding people to be diligent in hand washing and cleaning high touch surface as respiratory infections spread through droplets containing the virus or bacteria.
