A low number of FireSmart grant applications in the community had West Kelowna Mayor Gord Milsom asking questions at council91裸聊视频檚 Oct. 22 meeting.

Just nine homeowners have applied for the grant.

Fire Chief Jason Brolund noted it is FireSmart season right now and the department is pushing hard to complete home assessments.

91裸聊视频淥ur staff, in the third quarter, have completed 60 home assessments and working overtime to complete more,91裸聊视频� he added.

Home assessments are a pre-requisite to receiving a grant which is funded by the province through the city.
