Lake Country council will consider approval of a six-unit townhouse development in Winfield at is Aug. 20 meeting.
The project is planned for 10539 Powley Court north of Lodge Road.
Council approved a zoning bylaw amendment application for the property in July 2023 which rezoned it from low-density row housing to low-density multiple housing.
The property is surrounded by multi-storey mixed-use and residential developments, single-family dwellings, and agricultural land.
If council supports the project staff will evaluate it against agricultural development permit area guidelines.
