A senior officer with Greater Victoria91裸聊视频檚 Central Saanich Police Service quit the department after getting caught being 91裸聊视频渄emeaning91裸聊视频� to a junior officer.

That91裸聊视频檚 according to the Office of Police Complaint Commissioner91裸聊视频檚 annual report on substantiated allegations against officers.

The OPCC initiated an investigation after receiving information that a member had made inappropriate comments and gestures of a sexual nature toward a junior colleague.

At the time of the incident, the member was in a supervisory position, the report said.

91裸聊视频淭he Discipline Authority determined that the member91裸聊视频檚 conduct was inappropriate, demeaning, and 91裸聊视频榟ad no relevant, or meaningful purpose, other than to be an insult, and vulgar.91裸聊视频� In arriving at the decision on discipline, the Discipline Authority further noted the member91裸聊视频檚 lack of acknowledgement of the incident and their position of authority and responsibility, as a supervisor, at the time of the incident,91裸聊视频� the report said.

The member did not request a review of the disciplinary decision. The OPCC reviewed these findings and determined that further review was not required and that the discipline imposed was appropriate in the circumstances.

The office in question was disciplined with a reduction in rank and pay, but retired from the Central Saanich Police Service (CSPS) prior to the conclusion of this matter.
