Peachland council has approved a major new development featuring a five-storey mixed-use building.

91裸聊视频淭here are three commercial units on the bottom podium,91裸聊视频� said Darin Schaal, director of planning and development services. 91裸聊视频淚n addition to those units, there will be a parking garage for residential units, at grade. Then four-storeys of residential totalling 28-units.91裸聊视频�

The developer that built The Gateway mixed-use development on Beach Ave. is behind the new project. Council gave its approval during their Tuesday (Jan. 25) regular meeting.

91裸聊视频淪o there were two items on the agenda,91裸聊视频� said Schaal. 91裸聊视频淥ne was the rezoning and council adopted that unanimously. The other item was the form and character development permit, which they also approved.91裸聊视频�

According to Schaal, there wasn91裸聊视频檛 much opposition to the development.

91裸聊视频淣o one attended the public hearing, but there were a few letters that were submitted,91裸聊视频� he added.

It91裸聊视频檚 expected construction on the development will begin in the spring.
