Dramatic wave watching video at Rotary Beach

Reader submitted video shows waves whipped up from wind

Shorelines in cities surrounding Okanagan Lakes took a beating Thursday from wind whipped waves.

Capital News reader Dirk Handke went out and filmed the wave show at Rotary Beach, noting there were two wind fronts 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ” the first at around 1:30 a.m. and the next at around 4 p.m.

Handke said they were both pretty incredible.
