91ƵLook at the view,91Ƶ said Terry Whin-Yates, pointing to Okanagan Lake. 91ƵMy favourite is between here and Whistler.91Ƶ
Tickets sold out for the event, said co-producer Christina Ferreira.
The Wink Eye Wear gelatino bar is new this year, as well as the living mannequins, she said.
91ƵIt91Ƶs our largest event91Ƶ we are maximizing all space available to us today,91Ƶ she said.
Guests snapped selfies and photos with the mannequins throughout the evening.
Many guests also participated in the picnic in previous years.
For Central Okanagan resident Shelley Twerdochib, it was her second time.
She said it makes for a perfect date night with the beautiful surroundings and it91Ƶs a chance to dress up.
91ƵIt91Ƶs the secret location, it91Ƶs the fun night, it91Ƶs the fact that everyone is dressed in white just brings this togetherness,91Ƶ said Ferreira.
The picnic is Okanagan wide, having guests bused from Penticton and Vernon, she said.
Year after year thousands of white-clad guests descend upon one of the city91Ƶs most prestigious public spaces.
