Kelowna's Gospel Mission invites the community to a fundraising 5K walk  or 10K run March 5  at 259 Leon Avenue,with those they  serve in our  Strides to End Homelessness walk.

A delicious meal of hot chili and special treats will be served, after the walk, in their dining room.

The goal this year is to raise $35,000 to support the mission's Men91裸聊视频檚 and Women91裸聊视频檚 Programs.

These biblically based programs include learning life skills, anger management, emotional intelligence, boundaries, and volunteer work at the shelter and thrift store.

91裸聊视频淚91裸聊视频檓 amazed to see the changes that have come over the men in our program.  I see a change in the heart attitude, entering into a place where they are asking how they can help the other guys with their recovery," said Pastor Lester Mesenbrink, program manager for the Men91裸聊视频檚 Step Up program.

"It is so gratifying to see a man come into the program down and out and start to build up to a place where they feel hope for their future.  This walk gives the community a chance to not only support the programs but see first hand the difference they are making91裸聊视频�.

Kelowna91裸聊视频檚 Gospel Mission91裸聊视频檚 5th annual fundraising walk/run is being held at our emergency shelter at 259 Leon Avenue.  Registration starts at 4p.m. with the walk beginning at 5pm.  To participate go to kelownagospelmission.ca .
