VIDEO: Kelowna RCMP arrest suspect in suspicious death investigation

The incident resulting in the death of a man happened in Rutland on Sunday, May 30

UPDATE: 8:30 p.m.

The Kelowna RCMP has located and arrested a suspect in a suspicious death investigation.

Mounties put out a plea for public assistance on Monday morning to help locate Lorence Williams, believed to be tied to a suspicious Sunday night death in Rutland.

One of those public tips helped mounties find and take Williams into custody.

The RCMP urges anyone with information about this investigation, to please contact the Kelowna RCMP Serious Crime Unit at (250) 762-3300.

Kelowna RCMP is asking for the public91裸聊视频檚 assistance in locating a suspect connected to a suspicious death on Sunday night (May 30).

Police said they were called to a Rutland residence just after 10 p.m. after an adult male was found deceased at the home.

91裸聊视频淗owever, police believe that the victim and the suspect were known to one another.91裸聊视频

The Kelowna RCMP Serious Crime Unit has taken over the investigation and they are now looking for Lorence Williams, who police said is considered a suspect in the death.

Williams is described as a 40-year-old Black male with short black hair, six feet tall with a thin build.

91裸聊视频淚f Lorence sees or hears this, we ask him to contact the police of jurisdiction immediately,91裸聊视频 Noseworthy said.

Should you encounter Williams or have information on his whereabouts, do not approach him. Instead, police advise calling 911 immediately.
