An 18-year-old Kelowna man and a Surrey woman were arrested May 27 by Kelowna RCMP and are facing criminal charges after being performing obscene acts in a stranger91裸聊视频檚 hot tub.
RCMP Const. Jesse O91裸聊视频橠onaghey said the teenager turned himself into police, and has been released on strict conditions after appearing before a judicial justice of the peace.
The surveillance video showed the couple consuming alcohol and engaging in physical relations. It also shows the couple trying to steal an electronic device.
O91裸聊视频橠onaghey said the woman was also released on a promise-to-appear court document and is next expected in provincial court on Aug. 22.
Both are facing charges of trespassing at night, mischief, and theft under $5,000.
O91裸聊视频橠onaghey credited the homeowners with doing the right thing by contacting the police and turning over the video footage.
