The sign up for the Wine Tasting Ability BC Canada Level One courses at UBC Okanagan this summer, where in one day, you can learn the ins and outs of both wine91裸聊视频檚 tastes and aromas.
Led by Axel Marchal, professor with the University of Bordeaux91裸聊视频檚 Science Institute of Vine and Wine (ISVV), and Jacques-Olivier Pesme, director of the UBC Wine Research Centre, the micro-credential course teaches the science behind wine.
91裸聊视频淭he ISVV has extensive experience in research and education in enology and sensory analysis, cultivated for over a century,91裸聊视频 said Marchal. 91裸聊视频淲e offer the culmination of this knowledge through specialized training programs, such as the WTA BC Canada, for individuals who are eager to gain a deeper understanding of wine and wine tasting.91裸聊视频
Along with learning how to properly taste wines, participants will also get a basic lesson on winemaking, as well as learn the unique characteristics of different vine varieties.
The course will be offered on July 18 and 20, and those who complete it will receive a letter of proficiency awarded jointly by UBC Okanagan and the University of Bordeaux.
