The man accused of murdering a Lumby mother appeared via video conference in Vernon Monday, June 24.
Vitali Stefanski, 48, is facing the charge following the death of Tatjana Stefanski April 14.
Stefanski remains in custody.
His next appearance is July 25 to consult legal counsel.
