Highway 97A is closed in both directions between Sicamous and Enderby due to a collision that caused a semi-truck to spill its load.
The incident happened at about 6 p.m., Wednesday, between Monks and Riverside Road.
According to witnesses in the area, a crash involving a semi-trailer carrying plywood caused a large amount of debris to scatter the highway.
Those on social media report that three vehicles and as well as the semi may have been involved in the collision. It91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s unclear if anyone was injured in the incident.
Emergency crews are on the scene. There is no current time of reopening.
