The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen and the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional Hospital District will be headed up by the same chairs for the next year.

The RDOS and OSRHD directors voted on Nov. 7 on who would serve as its annual chair and vice-chair.

Mark Pendergraft, director for rural Osoyoos, was re-elected as chair of the RDOS, and Campbell Watt, who fills one of the City of Penticton's seats on the board, was elected as vice-chair.

Watt was also considered for the chair position, and previous vice-chair and Princeton Mayor Spencer Coyne and Matt Taylor, director for Okanagan Falls were put forward for consideration as vice-chair.

Later on during the Nov. 7 meeting, the board selected Oliver Mayor Martin Johansen to remain chair of the OSRHD by acclamation, and Tim Roberts, the director for rural Keremeos, Hedley and Olalla was asked to remain as vice-chair.

Both OSRHD positions were by acclamation, with no other candidates put forward.
