Circuit court is held in Princeton once a month.

Arrest warrants were issued for two Princeton men who failed to appear in circuit court, Thursday, August 15.

Kyle Cosman, who has missed several previous court appearances, was to attend for three trials.

Cosman is accused of four counts of assault, as well as uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and breaches of release orders and a breach of undertaking.

In June, when his trials were first on the docket, he entered the Penticton General Hospital the night before his matters were scheduled.

He then failed to appear in July.

Cosman is wanted on an unendorsed warrant, which means if he is apprehended by police he will remain in custody until he can appear before a judge.

David Thomas is also wanted on an unendorsed warrant.

Thomas is charged with uttering threats, theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000, and two charges of breach of probation.

He pleaded guilty, in 2021, for assaulting a teenage girl in Princeton.

Crown attorney Ann Lerch said: 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵœHe has a history of not attending court.91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ
