Okanagan residents should expct strong winds today, and especially along flooded lakes.

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statemen for the North Okanagan, Central Okanagan and South Okanagan Thursday.

This system will create moderate southerly winds along the Osoyoos, Skaha and Okanagan lakes today.
