Letter: Apology owed to those who fear dogs

It is the owners of the dogs who should be brought to task for not obeying the laws of our city.

To the editor:

Marguerite and myself would like an apology from Roy Colden and Dianne Varga who wrote (Fear of Dogs Your Problem, March 18 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ) that our fear of being attacked by off-leash dogs is our problem and we should get professional therapy.

Whereas, in fact, it is the owners of the dogs who should be brought to task for not obeying the laws of our city. Are you reading bylaws for the regional district and city hall?
