he is a director at McCain Foods91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ¦ You know, Bill Morneau91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s (Minister of Finance) wife91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s family business.

Really? Are you getting the picture here? Yes, no conflict of interest here91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ¦Hmm!
