Kelowna - I look forward to a snap election because I sat out the last one

To the editor:

I can say I91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™m not surprised by the throne speech from Christy Clark and the utter nonsense it represents. The provincial Liberal party has become the poster child for failed politics and propaganda.

When her party promoted legislation proposed by the opposition, adopting logic after the election, she showed her political weakness and the parties inability to grow up and act like adults. Posturing with the opposition91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s points is a massive fail.

But when we look into the facts here91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”this is a throne speech full of band-aids that don91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™t work91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”and never will. $100.00 more for parents facing massive hyper-inflation for groceries? Day care for parents that can91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™t find jobs anyway? 100 doctors when we need 1,00091ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ¦ it91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s asinine at best.

I look forward to a snap election91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”because I sat out the last one91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”as I thought at least the seniors who vote would see through the propaganda and pandering to the rich and useless.

This time, I think we need to band together and defeat her like we did with Stephen Harper and his nonsense91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ¦. (like we might need to with Trudeau).

The throne speech is an insult to future generations, both in its intent and content. We need change now.

I dare Christy Clark to continue her immaturity and failed posturing. Call an election. Let91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s see what happens to her political future.

Darin Howard, Kelowna
