After a split against the Seattle Thunderbirds over the weekend, the Kelowna Rockets are back in action on Tuesday night as they welcome the Brandon Wheat Kings for a rare visit.

Going into the Jan. 21 contest, both teams hold the eighth and final playoff spot in their respective conferences, despite a nine-point difference between the teams. Kelowna is 16-20-3-1 on the season while Brandon is 20-15-3-2.

The Wheat Kings come into the game on a mini two-game losing streak after losses against Everett and Vancouver.

In Kelowna's game on Saturday against Seattle, they were without Max Graham (injury) as well as Michael Cicek and Will Sharpe (illness). It's unknown at this time if they'll be in Tuesday's lineup.

Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m. at Prospera Place.
