The 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s trampoline team made multiple trips to the podium at the Gymnastics B.C. Provincial Championships in Port Coquitlam.
OGC trampoline athletes captured 20 medals in all91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”five gold, 10 silver and five bronze medals.
Ethan Scott placed second all around in the province for athletes who compete in all three events, where he finished 1st in Level 2 U13 double mini, third in Level 1 tumbling and fourth in Level 3 trampoline.
OGC won third place team all around in all three events91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ”trampoline, double mini trampoline and tumbling.
Andrew Martin finished second in senior men91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s trampoline.
In level 6, U17 Andrew Oliver finished with a bronze medal on the trampoline.
Jordyn Yendley won the both the individual trampoline and the double mini trampoline in Women91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Level 6 U17 division.
Taya Lawless won the Level 4 U15 double mini trampoline. Vanna Harris earned a silver medal same category.
Janiah Harris finished second in Level 3 15+ double mini trampoline. The Harris twins, Vanna and Janiah, won a silver medal in the Level 5 category of synchronized trampoline.
Kelly Dolgopol finished with a bronze medal in the Level 4 16+ trampoline event.
Ally Wyllie won the Level 3, U15 double mini trampoline event.
Travis Towers won the silver medal in Level 5, U15 double mini trampoline.
Max Vandenberg and Brett Judson finished with a bronze medal in the Level 4 synchronized trampoline. Judson also earned a silver medal in the individual trampoline.
Ella Law finished with two silver medals in the Level 2, 14+ trampoline and double mini trampoline.
Nate Banner earned the silver medal and Jacob Kochylema finished with a bronze medal in the Level 2 trampoline event.
Women91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Artistic Gymnastics
Two women91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s artistic athletes qualified to the Canadian Championships. Jenna Mick and Lucia Jakab will be representing Okanagan Gymnastics Centre in Montreal in May.
Mick made Team BC in Level 10 after finishing in the top six after two trial events. At provincials, she finished 8th overall with her top placing on floor exercise.
Lucia Jakab competing in the High Performance Junior category, won the vault and uneven bars at provincials.
Also in Level 10, Kamryn Greenhalgh finished 4th on the uneven bars.
In Level 9, Kyleigh Crawford finished with a silver medal on the uneven bars. Amanda Jaggard finished 5th on balance beam and 9th overall. Sophie Tesar finished with a 7th place on floor exercise, while Samantha Pelletier finished with a 7th place on balance beam.
Veronica Tarasenco finished with third overall in Level 8, taking second place on uneven bars and balance beam. Kimberly Stadtmueller won a silver medal overall in her age category. Camille Phillips finished fourth and Danica Graves finished in eighth place on vault. Grace Driver finished 6th on floor, 7th on uneven bars, 8th on vault and 9th overall.
In the Level 7 category, Mackenzie Carroll finished third overall after earning bronze medals on uneven bars and balance beam. Emily Mackay was 5th on uneven bars.
In the Women91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Aspire 1 category, Jayelle Williams won a bronze on vault and finished 8th overall. Miah Denis finished 7th overall.
Olive Fenske finished 5th overall in Level 6, earning 4th on balance beam, 5th on uneven bars, 7th on vault and 8th on floor.
In Level 5, Piper Campo won bronze medals on vault and floor exercise, 9th on balance beam and 6th overall. Iulia Tarasenco won a silver medal on the balance beam and was 9th on the floor exercise. Kate Levinsen placed 6th on uneven bars, 8th on floor and 9th overall, while Veronika Yacovelli finished 10th overall and 10th on uneven bars.
Men91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Artistic Gymnastics
In the men91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s competition, Shane Hiscock competed in the National Open category finishing 8th Overall, 4th on Floor, 5th on High bar, and 6th on Rings.
Brady Clegg earned 2nd on Vault, 2nd on High bar, and 3rd on Floor in the Level 5 category. Also in Level 5, Lucas Fabian finished 1st on Vault.
Jack Nyrose finished 16th overall in the Level 3 category competing against nearly 40 athletes. He finished 4th on Floor and 5th on Vault.
In Level 2, Hani Rehan finished 3rd overall in the Level 3 category with a 2nd on Floor and 2nd on Rings. Elliot Bone finished 8th on Rings and 10th Pommel.
