The company that publishes the 91裸聊视频淐hoose Your Own Adventure91裸聊视频� novels is suing Netflix, seeking $25 million in damages over an interactive film in the science fiction anthology 91裸聊视频淏lack Mirror91裸聊视频� series.
In the federal suit filed Friday, the Waitsfield, Vermont-based company Chooseco claims Netflix violated its trademark with 91裸聊视频淏andersnatch,91裸聊视频� released in December.
91裸聊视频淏andersnatch91裸聊视频� uses a format similar to those of the books, allowing viewers to choose among actions taken by the characters without knowing the outcome.
The suit says the show refers to the gimmick by having the protagonist refer to a book he is adapting into a video game as a 91裸聊视频淐hoose Your Own Adventure91裸聊视频� novel.
Netflix declined to comment Tuesday.
