Penticton picks Whoville float for winner of the Santa Parade

Grand prize of $1,300 will go to Penticton Safety Village

The Penticton Santa Parade float that stole everyone91裸聊视频檚 heart and was the grand prize winner goes to the 91裸聊视频榃hoville91裸聊视频 float, created by the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce and partnering businesses.

91裸聊视频淲e were blown away by the creativity and energy that went into decorating the floats, as well as the participation by each of the businesses and organizations involved,91裸聊视频 said Jeff Plant, the city91裸聊视频檚 sport and event supervisor. 91裸聊视频淐ommunity spirit was running high during the Magic on Main Street event and we look forward to seeing what surprises next year91裸聊视频檚 event will hold.91裸聊视频

This year91裸聊视频檚 parade included 68 float entries and attracted thousands of spectators who lined Main Street and filled Gyro Park for the official light-up.

Honourable mentions for the best entry went to the City of Penticton91裸聊视频檚 Grinch Linesmen and Specsavers.

The prize funds are collected from the total parade registration revenues and are donated to the winning float91裸聊视频檚 charity of choice. The chamber and its partners are donating the $1,300 prize money to Penticton Safety Village.

The 91裸聊视频榃hoville91裸聊视频 float was created in partnership and collaboration with many local businesses, including Badgirl Branding, who is part of the first annual 91裸聊视频楬oliday Whobilation91裸聊视频 at the Penticton Safety Village on Dec. 9, 10 and 16, 17 (more details at ).

Festive lights 91裸聊视频 including the new 170-foot light tunnel at Gyro Park 91裸聊视频 will be turned on nightly until late January, running from dusk until midnight.
