PHOTOS: Santa opens shop over the weekend in downtown Salmon Arm

Downtown Salmon Arm hosts Santa's Yuletide Village

A section of downtown Salmon Arm underwent a festive transformation for weekend visits from Santa. 

Friday afternoon and Saturday, Dec. 6 and 7, Alexander Street, between Hudson and Lakeshore, was home home to Santa's Yuletide Village, with snacks, baking cocoa crafts, holiday movies at the Salmar Classic and more. A mailbox was set up for letters to Santa, though wish lists could also be shared in person during photos with the jolly old elf himself.
