Parks Alive is back in Kelowna for 2023.
Put on by Festivals Kelowna, Parks Alive features many local musicians and talent in parks all across Kelowna, all summer long.
This year, events will be taking place five days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) in various parks throughout July and August.
All Tuesday events are called Valley First Community Music Tuesdays, with the first one kicking off Parks Alive for the year on July 4. Tuesday events run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The Wednesday Night Showcase events are all taking place on the Island stage at Waterfront Park from 6 to 9 p.m.
Thursday nights are Kiwanis Family Nights, which take place at various parks from Glenmore to Mission.
Each weekend event has a different theme throughout the summer, ranging from classic rock to country and everything in between. All weekend events take place at the Kelowna Pride Stage at Kerry Park.
Every event is free but donations are recommended.
Parks Alive will also have special events at the downtown Canada Day celebration, Arts on the Avenue, and KelownaMade.
The full schedule and more information can be found on the Festivals Kelowna .
