A list of the country91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s 100 most romantic restaurants for 2025 is out and 16 restaurants in B.C. have been named 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ˜hotspots91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™ for Valentine91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Day dining.

With seven eateries prepared to turn up the heat this cold winter, Vancouver tops the province's list compiled by  based on reservation demand and over 900,000 diner reviews including those tagged as 'romantic91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™.

Vancouverites have chosen Home Block at Cedar Creek Estate Winery, Hy's Steakhouse Vancouver, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House, Lupo Restaurant & Vinoteca, Miku Restaurant, Peak at Sparkling Hill Resort and Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant as the most romantic go-to dining restaurants in the city.

Down in the capital, diners picked Boom and Batten, Finn91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Seafood Chops and Cocktails, Glo Restaurant and Lounge and Vista 18 Restaurant and Lounge as their top choices.These four share one thing in common 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ“ a waterfront view. With menu prices ranging from $31 to $50, guests can enjoy the best local and Pacific Northwest cuisine with a view of Victoria's Inner Harbour, Juan de Fuca Strait and Selkirk Waterway.

North of Vancouver, two restaurants in Whistler also made it to this year91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s most romantic restaurants list: Rimrock Cafe and Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar.

Completing B.C.91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Valentine91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s go-to dining spots are Burnaby91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Hart House Restaurant, Langley91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s ATLAS steal and fish and Kelowna91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Old Vine91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Restaurant at Quail91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Gate Winery. 

Data from OpenTable indicates that Valentine's Day dining in B.C. increased by 23 per cent in 2024 compared to the previous year. 
 
Forty-two per cent of British Columbians intend to eat out this year on Valentine's Day, according to the consumer survey.
