Two former Members of Parliament have officially endorsed Anna Warwick Sears, a BC NDP candidate in the Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream riding.

Both Stephen Fuhr, a former Liberal MP for Kelowna - Lake Country, and Former Conservative MP Tom Siddon from Burnaby -Richmond-Delta, have announced their support for Anna Warwick Sears in the upcoming provincial election.

Siddon was the founding chair of the Okanagan Water Stewardship Council, an advisory body of the Okanagan Basin Water Board, which Warwick Sears has lead as the Executive Director since 2017 and been a member of for more than 17 years.

In light of change and uncertainty in the province and the "ever increasing threats caused by wildfires and climate change," Siddon said he has no hesitation in endorsing Warwick Sears.

Fuhr, a former MP with the federal Liberal Party has also been vocal in his support for Warwick Sears, despite his dissent with some aspects of the BC NDP platform.
