Katz out of the bag: West Kelowna Warriors trade veteran goaltender

In the midst of a playoff run, the West Kelowna Warriors have made a decision between the pipes, trading 2004-born goaltender Justin Katz on early Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors traded Katz to Powell River in exchange for future considerations.

Katz has struggled this season but has also had inconsistent playing time. In seven appearances this season, he91裸聊视频檚 2-2-2 with a 3.11 GAA and a .897 save percentage.

Over the course of this three-year career with the Warriors, the Montreal, Quebec native has appeared in 52 games, owning a 26-15-2 record with a career 3.05 GAA and a .903 save percentage.

The Warriors welcome the Chilliwack Chiefs to Royal LePage Place on Saturday, Jan. 27 on Peachland night, in which the team will wear speciality Peachland jerseys. Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
