Cross country skiers from West Kelowna are making a name for themselves across the country.
On March 11, Finn Redman from the Telemark Nordic ski club won first at the Nordiq Canada Nationals in a field of more than 130 skiers.

Redman competes in the under 18 category and quickly making a name for himself as one of the most consistent and prolific racers in Canada. He placed first in qualifying and then went on to win in the finals.
A few weeks before Redman91裸聊视频檚 success, Telemark Nordic hosted the 2024 Teck Track Attack Championships on Feb. 24 and 25.
The event had competitors from 19 teams from across B.C. and Washington State. The 265 competitors aged 9-12 raced in three events over two days.
During the team relay, racers were encouraged to dress up fun in costumes.

Young is a former Paralympian for the Nordic/Biathlon Senior National Ski Team. She has achieved podium finishes at two Paralympic Games, and four World Championships.
Team Telemark ended up in second place to the Hollyburn Cross Country Ski Club from North Vancouver winning the Aggregate Trophy.
