Sicamous RCMP busted a driver travelling at 109 km/hr in a 60 km/hr zone on Highway 1, on Nov. 24.
Police witnessed a 2024 Ford F150 registered to a business in Vernon driving at a high rate of speed in a business area at about 6:30 p.m.
The driver was issued a $368 fine for excessive speeding and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
