Owned and operated by Susan Feng and Paul Lu, who have been in the restaurant industry for over 18 years, the quaint 40-seat restaurant has a wonderful ambience all of its own. Mr. Lu91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s Kitchen has a huge and varied menu of starters, cold dishes, soups, fried rice, egg foo Yung, chow Mein, chop suey, beef, seafood, chicken, pork, Sichuan & Hunan style dishes and family and combination dinners. You can also request spicy hot or less hot. Everything we sampled on our visit was an abundant variety, absolutely delicious and fresh. March of Dimes is sharing a groundbreaking global stroke education program now being offered in Canada. FAST Heroes is an award-winning health education program that is delivered in schools by teachers targeting Grade 1, 2 and 3 students. The aim is to raise awareness of stroke symptoms and the need for speedy action. FAST Heroes is an animated character-based education initiative with a central character Timmy, who becomes a FAST hero by learning how to beat the EVIL CLOT and save his Grandhero91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ™s life. Together they teach students about the three main signs of stroke and the importance of calling an ambulance immediately. Natalie Perrier is the ambassador of the B.C. program. Good Vibrations in July will be hosted by The Vibrant Vine Winery on July 13. This will be a music lover's day as there are seven local and live bands, three stages and food vendors. The Rotary Centre for the Arts (RCA) has announced its RCA Presents 2024-25 Performance Season for the Mary Irwin Theatre.
