West Kelowna RCMP are investigating offensive graffiti that was discovered on Friday morning.
On the morning of Jan. 17, the offensive graffiti, which included Swasktikas was discovered on four properties in the 2500-block of Whitworth Road on Jan. 17. A street sign was also vandalized.
