The City of West Kelowna has a new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). 

Ron Bowles will start work remotely on August 15, and then in-person on September 15.

A media release from the city states Bowles has 20 years of local government leadership experience, and was recently employed by the City of Brandon, MB as its city manager.

Bowles said he is excited to start his new position.

Bowles replaces former CAO Paul Gipps who left in February 2024 to take the same position at the District of Lake Country. West Kelowna hired former Kelowna CAO Ron Mattiussi while it searched for Gipp91裸聊视频檚 replacement.

The city retained Leaders International Executive Search to assist with the recruitment of a new CAO.
