UPDATE 1:40 p.m.:
Believed to be impaired by drugs, the driver involved in a crash was arrested after confronting a witness.
Vernon North Okanagan RCMP were called to a two-vehicle crash Monday, Feb. 25 around 8:25 a.m. near the intersection of 23rd Avenue and 32nd Street in Vernon.
A grey Chevrolet pickup truck turned into traffic at the intersection and collided with a passenger car.
"The driver of the pickup truck then exited his vehicle and got into a physical confrontation with another person at the scene," said Const. Chris Terleski, media relations officer. "The suspect was arrested by the responding officers and while interacting with the man, police formed the belief he was impaired by drugs."
One person was transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and police are continuing to investigate.
ORIGINAL 9 a.m:
A Monday morning crash caused some delays for motorists.
RCMP were detouring traffic around the collision at 32nd Street and 23rd Avenue at 9 a.m. Southbound 25th Avenue traffic was being rerouted.
The scene was cleared shortly before 9:30 a.m.

There was another Monday morning crash involving two vehicles at Kalamalka Lake Road at Brown Road shortly after 9 a.m.
